Continental SID212 / SID212 EVO – now 100% via OBD
A long-awaited update: all newer Ford models with the Continental SID212 and SID212 EVO ECU can now be tuned entirely via the OBD port. No need to ship the ECU to a bench – just drive in, and we handle everything on-site. This applies to Ford Focus, Fiesta, Kuga, Puma, Transit and Ranger with EcoBlue engines.
BMW – expanded gearbox tuning
In addition to the classic XHP Flash, we now offer more detailed calibration of BMW automatic transmissions. Custom tuning of shift points, pressure, shift speed and Stage 1 adaptation. Available for ZF 8HP across all BMW series from 2012 onwards.

BMW leads confidently – nearly every third Stage 1 job. VAG Group (VW + Audi + Skoda) accounts for over a third of all work. The "Others" category spans from Fiat 500 to Alfa Romeo Stelvio and Renault Koleos: Stage 1 geography keeps expanding.

ADBLUE – OVERVIEW
A seasonal dip in AdBlue work volume before summer – an expected pattern. Mercedes took the lead in April, with Peugeot holding a steady second place. VAG Group (VW + Audi) traditionally accounts for a significant share. Some orders were combined with Stage 1 – a comprehensive approach to optimisation.
ADBLUE – ECU UNITS
Bosch holds an absolute lead among AdBlue ECUs – the EDC17 series remains the workhorse. Delphi gains share thanks to French makes: the majority of DCM6.2A units are fitted to Peugeot. Continental SID209 rounds out the ranking on a Ford Transit.
