About the remap
Stage 1 optimization for the Audi RS5 4.2 FSI 450hp increases power from 450 to 472 hp (+22 hp, +5%). Naturally aspirated petrol engines have limited scope for power gains, but optimizing ignition and fueling maps delivers a smoother power delivery, more responsive throttle, and a noticeably more pleasant driving experience.
The remap is performed on the Bosch MED17.1.1 ECU (engine code CFSA) via the OBD2 diagnostic port – no ECU removal required. We use Alientech K-TAG, Alientech KESSv2, Autotuner Autotuner and other professional tools. Results are verified with a dynamometer measurement.
