About the remap
Stage 1 chip tuning for the Citroën Jumper 3.0 HDi 157hp increases power from 157 to 193 hp (+36 hp, +23%) and torque from 400 to 470 Nm. Turbocharged diesel engines offer the greatest chip tuning potential – optimizing boost pressure and injection maps delivers significant gains in both power and torque from low RPM.
The remap is performed on the Bosch EDC16C39 ECU (engine code F 30DT Z) via the OBD2 diagnostic port – no ECU removal required. We use Alientech KESSv2, Autotuner Autotuner, CMD CMDFlash and other professional tools. Results are verified with a dynamometer measurement.
Under normal driving conditions, chip tuning a turbocharged diesel can reduce fuel consumption – in Eco mode, savings reach up to 1.1 l/100 km thanks to more efficient turbo operation and optimized injection.
