About the remap
Stage 1 chip tuning for the Citroën Jumpy 2.0 HDi 120hp increases power from 120 to 151 hp (+31 hp, +26%) and torque from 300 to 380 Nm. Turbocharged diesel engines offer the greatest chip tuning potential – optimizing boost pressure and injection maps delivers significant gains in both power and torque from low RPM.
The remap is performed on the Delphi DCM3.5 ECU (engine code DW10UTED4) via the OBD2 diagnostic port – no ECU removal required. We use Alientech KESSv2, Autotuner Autotuner, ByteShooter Toolbox and other professional tools. Results are verified with a dynamometer measurement.
Under normal driving conditions, chip tuning a turbocharged diesel can reduce fuel consumption – in Eco mode, savings reach up to 0.7 l/100 km thanks to more efficient turbo operation and optimized injection.
