About the remap
Stage 1 optimization for the Subaru BRZ 2.0i 200hp increases power from 200 to 217 hp (+17 hp, +9%). Naturally aspirated petrol engines have limited scope for power gains, but optimizing ignition and fueling maps delivers a smoother power delivery, more responsive throttle, and a noticeably more pleasant driving experience.
The remap is performed on the Denso SH72531 ECU (engine code FA20) via the OBD2 diagnostic port – no ECU removal required. We use Alientech KESSv2, Dimsport New Genius. Results are verified with a dynamometer measurement.
