About the remap
Stage 1 chip tuning for the Toyota ProAce 2.0 D-4D 150hp increases power from 150 to 192 hp (+42 hp, +28%) and torque from 370 to 450 Nm. Turbocharged diesel engines offer the greatest chip tuning potential – optimizing boost pressure and injection maps delivers significant gains in both power and torque from low RPM.
The remap is performed on the Delphi DCM6.2A ECU (engine code 4WZ-FTV) via the OBD2 diagnostic port – no ECU removal required. Results are verified with a dynamometer measurement.
Under normal driving conditions, chip tuning a turbocharged diesel can reduce fuel consumption – in Eco mode, savings reach up to 0.7 l/100 km thanks to more efficient turbo operation and optimized injection.
