About the remap
Stage 1 chip tuning for the Audi A1 1.8 TFSI 192hp increases power from 192 to 222 hp (+30 hp, +16%) and torque from 250 to 380 Nm. Turbocharged petrol engines respond exceptionally well to ECU optimization – adjusting ignition timing, boost pressure, and fueling maps unlocks the hidden potential built in by the manufacturer.
The remap is performed on the Bosch MED17 ECU (engine code DAJB) via the OBD2 diagnostic port – no ECU removal required. We use Autotuner Autotuner, CMD CMDFlash. Results are verified with a dynamometer measurement.
