About the remap
Stage 1 optimization for the Audi A6 2.8 FSI 190hp increases power from 190 to 215 hp (+25 hp, +13%). Naturally aspirated petrol engines have limited scope for power gains, but optimizing ignition and fueling maps delivers a smoother power delivery, more responsive throttle, and a noticeably more pleasant driving experience.
The remap is performed on the Siemens Simos 8.1 ECU (engine code CCDA) via the OBD2 diagnostic port – no ECU removal required. We use CMD CMDFlash, MagicMotorsport Flex. Results are verified with a dynamometer measurement.
