About the remap
Stage 1 chip tuning for the BMW X4 2.8i 245hp increases power from 245 to 292 hp (+47 hp, +19%) and torque from 350 to 450 Nm. Turbocharged petrol engines respond exceptionally well to ECU optimization – adjusting ignition timing, boost pressure, and fueling maps unlocks the hidden potential built in by the manufacturer.
The remap is performed on the Bosch MEVD17.2.9 ECU (engine code N20B20A) via the OBD2 diagnostic port – no ECU removal required. We use Autotuner Autotuner, CMD CMDFlash, MagicMotorsport Flex. Results are verified with a dynamometer measurement.
