About the remap
Stage 1 optimization for the BMW X5 xDrive40e Hybrid 313hp increases power from 313 to 403 hp (+90 hp, +29%). Naturally aspirated petrol engines have limited scope for power gains, but optimizing ignition and fueling maps delivers a smoother power delivery, more responsive throttle, and a noticeably more pleasant driving experience.
The remap is performed on the Bosch MEVD17.2.4 ECU (engine code N20B20A) via the OBD2 diagnostic port – no ECU removal required. We use Alientech KESSv2, Autotuner Autotuner, ByteShooter Toolbox and other professional tools. Results are verified with a dynamometer measurement.
