About the remap
Stage 1 optimization for the Ford Fiesta 1.0i 80hp increases power from 80 to 91 hp (+11 hp, +14%). Naturally aspirated petrol engines have limited scope for power gains, but optimizing ignition and fueling maps delivers a smoother power delivery, more responsive throttle, and a noticeably more pleasant driving experience.
The remap is performed on the Bosch MED17.2 ECU (engine code P4JC) via the OBD2 diagnostic port – no ECU removal required. We use Alientech KESSv2, Autotuner Autotuner, CMD CMDFlash. Results are verified with a dynamometer measurement.
