About the remap

Stage 1 chip tuning for the Iveco Stralis 500hp increases power from 500 to 576 hp (+76 hp, +15%) and torque from 2300 to 2700 Nm. Turbocharged diesel engines offer the greatest chip tuning potential – optimizing boost pressure and injection maps delivers significant gains in both power and torque from low RPM.

The remap is performed on the Bosch EDC17CV41 ECU via the OBD2 diagnostic port – no ECU removal required. We use Alientech KESSv2, CMD CMDFlash, Dimsport New Genius. Results are verified with a dynamometer measurement.

In addition to Stage 1, we offer the following services for the Iveco Stralis 500hp: EGR valve diagnostics. All work is performed using professional equipment.

If desired, the Iveco Stralis 500hp can be upgraded to Stage 2 – a deeper optimization delivering even greater power and torque gains. Stage 2 involves advanced ECU calibration taking into account exhaust system and intercooler modifications. Contact us for a free consultation to evaluate Stage 2 potential for your specific vehicle.

Every vehicle undergoes full diagnostics before and after the remap. We keep a backup of the original ECU calibration and guarantee the option to revert to stock settings at any time. JVK PRO is a professional chip tuning service in Riga with 16 years of experience.
