About the remap
Stage 1 chip tuning for the Opel Astra 2.0 Turbo OPC 280hp increases power from 280 to 312 hp (+32 hp, +11%) and torque from 400 to 450 Nm. Turbocharged petrol engines respond exceptionally well to ECU optimization – adjusting ignition timing, boost pressure, and fueling maps unlocks the hidden potential built in by the manufacturer.
The remap is performed on the Ac Delco E39A ECU (engine code A20NFT) via the OBD2 diagnostic port – no ECU removal required. We use Alientech KESS3, Alientech KESSv2, Autotuner Autotuner and other professional tools. Results are verified with a dynamometer measurement.
